C.I.C.L.E. Urban Expedition - Venice

Wow! I had a great time at the Urban Expedition yesterday in spite of the long distance and the Hubbys inability to find someone to cover his shift. I thought I was going to wimp out and not be able to make it the whole length. I did and with Miss S on the front to boot. I caught some normally dressed people on some normal bikes though there were some of the Spandex Crowd there. I was upon arrival instantly struck by the beauty of two bikes.

and An Azor Secret Service.

Then we gathered up and rode off.

A grand time was had by all. The pace was slow and relaxed and I am pretty sure that the majority of the tiniest riders were able to complete the ride without much trouble and with a little help from mom. The organizers did a great job. I only caught a couple of icidents between drivers and our group and they were totally minor. LA drivers don't like bikes so I was really pleased.

  2. I don't know how many were there but if I had to guess I would say there were at least 40 people there.
